VVA supported the European Commission in the development of a Software Development Kit (SDK) enabling application developers to take advantage of EGNOS (the European Geostationary Navigation Overlay Service). The VVA team performed a market survey to investigate the technical framework and the key needs of application developers, supported the software development activities and launched an awareness campaign to promote both EGNOS and the EGNOS SDK.

Assessment of possible extension of EGNOS coverage to Ukraine

VVA supported the European Commission in the analysis and preparation needed for the possible extension of the EGNOS (European Geostationary Navigation Overlay Service) coverage to Ukraine. The VVA team assessed the feasibility and benefits of such extension through a 2 months study based on in-depth interviews with the key Ukrainian stakeholders along with cost-benefit analysis of some prioritized sectors. The project included a workshop with the main key stakeholders and market players.

Analysis and development of in-store Customer Experience

VVA supported the Italian leader in the distribution of appliances, consumer electronics and IT products in the analysis of its Customer in store-experience. VVA developed the project, using its own methodology based on in store-ethnographic researches and aimed to understand the success factors and the critical ones, as well as to redesign individual touch points and the entire Customer experience.
